Lee A. Frankhouser

Founder & Principal

Lee A. Frankhouser, Founder and Principal of Gaddis Street Lending Group LLC, brings more than 44 years of banking and lending experience to clients across South Florida. From 2008 to 2018, Lee served as President and Director of Floridian Community Bank, where he oversaw all retail and commercial lending. Under his leadership, the bank grew its assets from $65 million to $650 million before being acquired by Synovus in 2018.

Prior to his role at Floridian Community Bank, Lee spent 27 years at National City Bank (now PNC), serving in a range of management positions including Business Loan Production Regional Manager. His responsibilities included opening new markets, staff development, brand awareness, compliance, and driving business development initiatives to achieve loan growth.

Lee earned a B.A. in Economics from Bethany College, an M.B.A. from Waynesburg University, and holds Consumer Banking certification from the University of Virginia. He has also served as a board member of the Broward County Sheriff’s Foundation, the Nova Southeastern University Ambassador Board, and the Ambassadors of the Honda Classic.

A resident of Jupiter, FL since 2003, Lee and his wife Christine relocated from Pittsburgh, PA with their three daughters. Today, he combines decades of banking leadership with a client-focused approach at Gaddis Street Lending Group LLC, helping individuals and businesses secure financing solutions tailored to their goals.
